Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort

Dear Iris, We’re so sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your vacation with us and that we didn’t have the opportunity to speak with you about your concerns during your stay. I am worried that you might not be reviewing the right resort however as we have proper china in every restaurant and the only places we use acrylic glasses are on the beach and around the pool for safety. The restaurants and the other bars all use glasses, china and stainless steel cutlery, there is no plastic. I would very much appreciate an email to gm@royalzanzibar.com if you wouldn’t mind to properly address the issues you had and ensure they are fixed for future guests.
