Aus DeutschlandDas Hotel befindet sich quasi im Nirgendwo. Vom Flughafen Hurghada fährt man ca. 2,5-3Stunden. Der nächste Ort ist ca. 15km entfernt und nur per Taxi zu erreichen. Taxi muss man am Hotel buchen und ist sehr teuer. Das Hotel nimmt die Kosten für das Taxi, somit hat man keine Transparenz über die Kosten. Links und Rechts neben dem Hotel ist eine verlassene Baustelle und viel Müll. Im Hotel selbst ist außer dem Zimmer nichts Klimatisiert. Das Hotel ist sehr runtergekommen. Es gibt keine Sportanlagen, der Pool ist eher ein Becken wo man nicht Schwimmen kann. Es ist nicht gut. Frühstück und Mittag weder frisch noch eine große Auswahl. Das Abendbrot ist ganz ok. Es gibt keine Bar, die Lobby hat zu, keine Abendprogramme, alle Shops haben zu, keine Pool oder Beachbar. Es gibt einfach nichts. Für jeden klein Scheiß muss man zahlen. Möchte man alkoholische Getränke muss man zahlen. Es gibt zwar im All Inklusive Angebot Hauswein integriert, aber dieser schmeckt mehr nach Wodka und das Bier nach NICHTS. Wasser gibt es nicht in Flaschen. Möchte man einfach nur eine Flasche Wasser haben muss man bezahlen. Stattdessen gibt es einen Wasserspender, der mitten in der prallen Sonne steht. Das Wasser aus diesem ist nicht lecker und sehr warm. Das Personal ist unfähig und versucht einen ständig über den Tisch zu ziehen. Das WLAN hat bei uns nicht funktioniert. Wir sind am zweiten Tag abgereist und haben das Hotel Mercure Hurghada gebucht. Auf eigene Kosten. Es waren Welten zwischen diesen beiden Hotels.
Zimmer sind ok. Leider ohne Kühlschrank.
Bis auf das Abendessen war nichts gut.
Sehr schlechter Service. Bis auf den Hotelmanager kann keiner Englisch oder Deutsch. Sehr unfähig. Dem Gast wird an jeder Ecke versucht das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Nicht hilfsbereit.

Einfach überhaupt keine Freizeitangebote. Im Hotel selbst gibt es SPA. Diese wird aber nicht vom Hotel betrieben und hat mindestens deutsche Preise. Neben dem Hotel gibt es eine Tauchschule. Dort Kostet ein Tag ab 50,00€. Ansonsten gibt es wörtlich überhaupt NICHTS!!!!

However the below is our feedback on your concern to have a transparency on the above concern for all readers. 1- Hotel location, we are considered as a ecological resort therefore resort location has been chosen through serious studies that serve our slogan and believes. " it meant to be at this location form many health and environmental studies) 2- locations distance is not accurate, kindly check it up on google earth 3- Related to activities A-) we do have one of the best diving center in the district and they are well known within the district and they have their guests from around the world B-) We do have an European managed SPA with a rich menus of treatments, massage, Sauna & Jacuzzi is available Both Owners of the diving center and spa you have been introduced to them by myself and you have been offered a special discounts and free tries C-) We got 2 Beach Volley Ball areas & Mini Football play yard in sand D-) we got an indoor games ( Darts- Billiard - Baby-foot- Table tennis, speed ball,........) 4- Yest we don't have an Olympic swimming pool but we do have a nice family pool and a specialist diving pool for diving introduction, as well as an art pool safely can be used by kidz. 5- For the Alcoholic drinks in person you have been introduced to a wide list of alcoholic drinks ( whisky, Vodka, Rum, Gin, Ouzo, wine beer, ..... ) which other guests been served, for the water as gesture of goodwill you have been offered a bottled water for free in your room. without going to further details based in your discussion with the team and myself with all necessary measures and support despite our tries to make up your vacation and draw a smile for you and your friend, unfortunately that was not enough for you which's is well appreciated.
