Ca. 10 min zur Metro. Ruhige Lage, bestes Frühstück, dass ich je in Spanien bekommen habe. Zimmer sauber. Boxspring Queensize Bett , gegen Aufpreis von 16 Euro hätten wir Suite mit Kingsize Bett bekommen. Minus war Dusche, abwechseln sehr heiss und kalt.

Dear Birgit, I would like to thank you for all your comments about your recent stay at the hotel. We want to apologize about the problem with the hot and cold water in the shower. It was very difficult to identify the problem because it was produced by a broken non-return valve. We had to check one by one all the showers of the hotel to find which one it was not working properly. Thanks to our entire client's comments we were able to find out the problem quickly and now is already solved. Thank you very much and sorry again for the inconveniencies.
