Dear Lilly, We would like to thank you for having taken the time to comment on your recent stay at Princess Sun Hotel. We are delighted that you generally enjoyed our facilities and your stay with us . We are pleased to learn that you had a comfortable stay and you enjoyed our room and our food On the other hand, we are disappointed to note your concerns regarding your animation experience. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused. We have shared your comments with our hotel Manager and Chief animator who have asked that their apologies be linked with ours. However, we will not agree with you, regarding your comment on a lack of Greek element. More specifically we organize Greek nights so our customers can get a “taste” of Greek tradition watching Greek traditional dancing . Also our restaurant buffets have every day at least 5 Greek specialties etc Finally, we treat all comments and feedback with great significance whether they are positive or negative. When we read or hear a constructive criticism we always investigate it as we make a systematic and continuous effort to maintain a high level of service. The result of our efforts is proven by numerous awards and positive reviews.
