Die Anlage ist sehr groß und weitläufigen. Sie ist in einem guten Zustand und die heimischen Handwerker, Gärtner und Maler waren jeden Tag damit beschäftigt gewesen den Zustand zu erhalten und zu verbessern. Aber die Anlage ist zweigeteilt. Port Ghalib und das Siva Port Ghalib.....welches viel, viel besser und empfehlenswerter ist.
Einfach aber ausreichend und sauber. TV älteren Modells und kaum deutscher Sender, aber braucht man nicht zwingend im Urlaub. Tolles großes Bett und bequem.
Es war mit Abstand das schlechteste AI Angebot meiner bisherigen Ägyptenurlaube. Aber das liegt an den super günstigen Preis. Leider ist da nicht mehr viel Spielraum für die Küche. Obstangebot, null! Buffet, viel zu klein für die Menge an Gästen. Schlange stehen zu jeder Mahlzeit. Das trübt leider die ganze Urlaubsstimmung. Man ist schon satt bevor man sich durch die Massen an das Buffet gedrängt hat, um dann vom Angebot enttäuscht ist und wieder zum Stück Pizza greift. Tag für Tag. Früh, Mittag, Abend.
Das Personal ist ständig sehr bemüht und freundlich. Reinigungskräfte und Kellner behandeln alle Gäste gleich, auch wenn man nicht ständig Trinkgeld zusteckt!!!! Die Kofferträger sind da recht unverschämt.
Tolle Lage. Das kleine Zentrum mit seinen Basargeschäften schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. War ein netter täglicher Spaziergang. Leider nicht als Badeurlaub geeignet. Schnorcheln vom Steg aus ist super, aber vom Strand aus ins Wasser laufen und baden nicht möglich und auch verboten. Außer man ist im Siva, da besteht auch die Möglichkeit vom Strand ins Meer zu laufen. Bei den Liegeplätzen ist es wie üblich, wer zuletzt komm hat halt Pech und findet keine Liege mehr.

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
