Ein riesen großes Resort, was einen top gepflegten Eindruck macht. Die Gärtner hegen und pflegen eine wunderschöne Anlage, welche zum abendlichen bummeln einlädt.
Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, es war immer tip top geputzt und alles Nötige vorhanden. Der Strandtuchservice ist absolut klasse. Abends bringt der Zimmerboy täglich frische Badetücher.
Leider ist das unser einziger Kritikpunkt. Sicher findet man immer etwas um satt zu werden. Das Frühstück war absolut okay. Aber als Vegetarier (gesundheitlich bedingt) gab es oft zum Mittag /Abendessen häufig nur ungewürztes Gemüse, und den täglich gleich schmeckenden Reis oder. Kartoffeln in verschiedenen Varianten. Die Salate haben wir nach einigen Tagen wegen Magen /Darm Problemen lieber gelassen. Die Küche war aber auf Nachfrage bemüht und hat mehrmals extra eine vegetarische Alternative zubereitet. Hierfür ein großes Dankeschön! Allerdings hätten wir uns mehr arabische Vorspeisen gewünscht. Die gab es leider nur ganz selten. Die waren super gewürzt und lecker. Fleischliebhaber werden aber auf jeden Fall immer fündig.
Alle Mitarbeiter sind bemüht einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Am Abreisetag werden die Gepäckstücke 1 Stunde vor Abholung auf dem Zimmer abgeholt, das war top.
Die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel beträgt maximal 10 Minuten. Das Resort umfasst 3 Hotels(Port Ghalib, Siva Port Ghalib und das Palace Port Ghalib. Anschließend ist man schon an der wunderschön angelegten Marina, welche zum abendlichen bummeln einlädt. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, es gibt ausreichend Liegen und Schirme. Auch am Pool und der Salzwasserlagune findet man immer einen Platz. Aber absolutes Highlight ist das eigene Hausriff. Das Wasser ist zum schnorcheln schon warm genug gewesen und man erlebt eine fantastische Tierwelt unter Wasser.

Ein Animationsteam ist um Unterhaltung bemüht. Abends ist das Programm aber etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Oft gab es abends Lifegesang zum Essen, das war schön.

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
