Das Hotel liegt direkt am Gardasee, mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge. Traumhafte Gartenanlage, deshalb auch eine Weiterempfehlung, mit 2Außenpools. Durch eine Fehlplanung bezüglich der Personenzahl, der Belegung unseres Zimmers, mussten wir direkt einen Zuschlag bezahlen und der Fehler wurde dem Buchungsportal zugeschrieben. Was aber dem nicht so war. Der Umgang hiermit war sehr enttäuschend, es gab keine Entschuldigung, dass Zimmer war deutlich schlechter als das gebuchte. Die ganze Abwicklung blieb an uns hängen, obwohl es ein Fehler des Hotels war!

Regarding what was reported, we regret that there was this misunderstanding, however we often receive reservations that are not made on our portal but on external ones and therefore nothing we can against any mistakes that are made.
