NH Collection Budapest City Center

I really enjoyed my recent stay at Boscolo Residence. It is conveniently and centrally located between Keleti train station and the Pest riverside, right next to a Metro station but also within walking distance of the train station. The lobby is very nice and modern and there is free coffee and tea throughout the day. There are only two reception desks which is is not enough for a Hotel this size – especially at checkout we waited in line for quite some time. This is the only thing I have to critisize though. Staff was very friendly and helpful, our studio apartment nicely furnished and well equipped, with a super comfortable bed and nice and spacious bathroom. We had booked the “New York Café Breakfast Package” that included breakfast in the historic New York Café at the neighboring Boscolo New York Palace hotel. This was without doubt the highlight of our stay – the most attentive breakfast staff, great atmosphere and a great breakfast buffet. As a guest of Boscolo Residence, you can also use the wellness area of the New York Palace for free, which has a really nice pool. So all in all – thumbs up!
