Eine großzügige, schöne mit gepflegten Außenanlagen und mit einem herrlichen Strand mit natürlichem Schatten und ausreichend Liegen. Ein Paradies mit kleinen Fehlern, das dem Anspruch an ein 5 Sterne Resort nicht ganz gerecht wird. Eine Anlage, die zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einige wenige Angestellte sind sehr langsam und unzuverlässig, hauptsächlich am Strand. Die Inklusiv-Getränke waren guter Qualität. Ausreichende Abwechslung und Auswahlmöglichkeit der Hauptspeisen, wobei beim Abendessen für Nicht-Süßspeisenesser eine Käsebüfett wünschenswert wäre. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde gründlich und sorgfältig gemacht. Am Ankunftstag waren die angebotenen Snacks an der Pool-Bar voller kleiner Ameisen. Das geschnittene Obst lag zum Teil überreif auf den Schalen. Die Auflagen für die Liegestühle waren größtenteils, zumindest am Strand, extrem verschmutzt. Außerdem gibt es in der Strandnähe zu wenig Duschen und Toiletten. Die Preise für die Gerichte im Fischlokal sind extrem überteuert. Wir sind in der glücklichen Situation jährlich eine Fernreise zu unternehmen und haben entsprechende Erfahrungswerte. Unseres Erachtens stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht, und zwar nicht nur nach europäischen Maßstäben. In Ägypten erhält man etwa die gleiche Leistung und Qualität zum halben Preis.

We have forwarded your correspondence to the relevant departments. However, my opinion your comments are very strange. One side you say you are very happy, but you end saying that you paid too much and you would not advise other people to come back. We offer 3 à la carte restaurants in the all inclusive, with no supplement, and you are complaining about the 4th à la carte restaurant (not in the all inclusive) that rates are too high. This is totally ridiculous and even shocking to read. I suggest you go like you advise, back to Egypt at half the price, as we do not really need guests having negative comments in this way, totally not constructive and totally out of range. Prices Samaki restaurant (fully free to reserve): starters: 5 to 8 usd soups: 4 to 5 usd main courses: 16 to 40 usd (lobster) deserts: 5 to 6 usd I sincerely hope you think twice next time you use social media and hope you will use it in a good way, realizing that every day a whole team was working hard to make your holidays fantastic.
