Whilst we were happy that your overall experience was satisfactory, we were concerned to know the inconveniences that caused you by the highlighted concerns in the review. I deeply regret the fact that we made you wait for your room. Please accept our sincere apologies for the shortfall you experienced in our service. As a matter of fact, we had unexpected late checkouts and had a full occupancy situation in the hotel. We were disappointed to learn that the location of the hotel did meet your expectation. We believe our location is quite central to many of the key areas as well as the main attractions of the city, including new Dubai Frame. Regarding the German channels, the transmission of German channels has been stopped by the service provider in the Middle East. I was further concerned to read that you found the beverage menu expensive. Actually, our pricing is always comparable to other five star hotels in the city inclusive of all applicable fees and newly implemented VAT which is significant to all places. Lastly, I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the pool facilities. Rest assured that we will review the possibility of adding extras sun decks at the pool side. Nevertheless, thank you for sharing your feedback with us and we do hope that you would choose us again, should your travel plan bring you this way in the near future.
