I was personally very saddened to read about your experience at our main restaurant .Please accept our apologies that you were not as satisfied with your dining experience .What worries us the most is that you did not appreciate our services and mostly our restaurant staff who they are among the most rated and complimented assets of our hotel in almost every written review in all social media that has to do with reviewing hotels.
