We're glad that the location of the hotel, although a one-hour drive from the airport, worked well for you, and the transfer process was smooth. We understand that the hotel is situated on a slope, which may require some extra walking from the lobby to the upper pool. However, we do provide elevators for guests who may have difficulty walking, ensuring their convenience and comfort. It's great to know that your room provided everything you needed for your two-week stay. It's also wonderful to hear that the beds, including the sofa bed for your child, were comfortable and prepared to your satisfaction. We take pride in providing excellent service, and we're delighted that the reception staff were attentive and accommodating. Starting your day early upon arrival was not a problem, and they assisted you with storing your suitcases and getting you settled with the all-inclusive offer. It's also reassuring to hear that the staff was helpful in providing information about the hotel and the surrounding area, ensuring you had a pleasant and informed stay. Our main restaurant strives to offer a rich and varied dining experience, and we're glad that the breakfast and lunch and dinner buffets consistently met your expectations. We also offer smaller specialty restaurants, such as Mexican and Italian, which require reservations but do not incur extra costs. We believe in providing diverse culinary options for our guests to enjoy. We're thrilled that you found our sports and entertainment offerings to be enjoyable. The beach activities, including jet ski, parasailing, and banana boat rides, provided an exciting and fun experience for an additional charge. Additionally, our varied animation program, including the children's disco and changing performances, ensured that there was something for everyone to enjoy each evening.
