Aus DeutschlandDieses Hotel werde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Hostessen jeden Tag ab Pool waren zu viel Das Personal auf nur darauf aus, gute Bewertung zu erhalten, um höher zu steigen. Das Küchen/Kellerpersonal hat ständig die Bestellung vergessen. Am Check-in wurden wir abgelehnt, weil wir zu früh einchecken wollten Für Kinder würde nichts geboten !! Anderes als in der Beschreibung. Der KidsClub war zu. Wenn man dort reingehen wollten, musste ein Elternteil bzw. eine erwachsene Person dableiben. Eis ( für Kinder) gab es nicht. Trotz all-inclusiv Buchung gab es keine Cocktails (ohne Alkohol) nur Ginger Ale oder Pepsi....der Pool ist auch nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder, fängt bei 1,20 m an.... wurde in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt.
