Aus DeutschlandErster Eindruck toll. Essen nein Kein Kaffee zum Frühstück, da bin ich pingelig. Maschine ging nicht , keine Ahnung. Die Frau dahinter am Tresen drehte sich nicht um. Also keinen Kaffee Mittag und Abendessen lauwarm

Was es zum Mittag gab ,wurde integriert zum Abend. Ist ja auch ok , wenn es heiß wäre
Frühstück stelle ich mir im vier Sterne anders vor. Kein fast rohes Spiegegelei .Mittags lauwarm. Abends ok Eis ,war richtig lecker, nur fast geschmolzen

We would like to clarify that on the first morning of your stay, there was a complete electricity blackout in the wider area, which was unfortunately beyond our control. During this period, the hotel operated for a few hours on generator power, which could not fully cover all facilities. As a result, some breakfast equipment, including the coffee machines, did not function properly, and a few lunch dishes may not have reached the desired temperature. Once the electricity supply was restored, all services returned to normal, and lunch and dinner that same day were served as expected.
