Dear Mr. Amanatidis, We would like to thank you for your kind words regarding our hotel and your stay with us. Regarding the condition of the tennis courts and their management, we would like to apologize and explain to you the reasons (unfortunately) of the negatives you have described, without having any justification. The big problem was that we did not deliver the 7 new courts (6 clay and a hard one) in time, so we could release them in April. As a result, the bookings of the 28 tennis courts were executed on 21 (and even worse, the bookings of the 12 clay had to be run on 6 total clay courts). The fact is that from May, when the other courts will be delivered, and with the addition of another court employee, we are witnessing the smooth management and quality of our tennis academy. We are also pleased to announce you, that from the year (2019) will operate in our resort, a sports center with changing rooms and a sports cafe next to the new stadiums.
