Dear Elena, Hereby, we would like to thank you very much for taking the time in writing your personal review regarding your visit in our Hotel. Instead we are surprised to read about your dissatisfaction with the provided service and we are very disappointed that you preferred to write and give us your worst rate. We are always striving to offer our best attention to our clients, to that effect the management is present around the clock and eager to resolve any problem and give total satisfaction to our guests within human dimensions possibility of a mistake in our services. Regretfully we have not been contacted during your stay so to take care immediately any point raised. However, we feel that your strict comments noted does not reflect our accommodations standards and the accurate picture of our hotel facilities we offer. This is the first time, which we have to ask from a reviewer, to check if she has posted her review for the right hotel. We are sorry, but we cannot believe these comments. We provide 15 different room types which the guest can choose the suitable for them and all the rooms are brand new. Even the lowest room types. You should contact our front desk Manager if the providing room was n t suitable for your family and you should requested another room type. We are very sorry to hear that a kind of our service has not been up to your standards, since our experiences staff can use and communicate with our guests in 4 different languages (English, German, French & Italian). Instead we are surprised to read about your dissatisfaction for the food in all the restaurants and snack bars. The quality of the food and drinks is the main reason why the vast majority of our guests chose Lyttos Beach for their annual holidays. Let us please clarify the situation concerning your comments for the kids activities. We providing a full animation program with a kids care daily in our mini club, 3 specific swimming pools for kids and so many water games in the Water Park, a golf court (3 holes) and a mini disco before the evening shows. We are very sorry to hear that our hotel has 1300 rooms and 5000 guests! We are afraid once again the your post is for a wrong property. Regarding your comments for the plastic cups please note that we process with a certified recycling system and Lyttos Beach is certifies with 'Green Key'.
