Das Hotel ist oberflächlich ganz gut. Schöne Lage, gute Ausstattung, gutes Spa (Georgia ist zu empfehlen)nettes Personal (insbesondere Personal am Strandrestaurant), saubere Garten- und Strandanlage, viele tolle Pools, Markengetränke inklusive. Geht man ins Detail sieht es anders aus: dreckiges Geschirr, wirklich wirklich schlechtes Essen im Hauptrestaurant (nicht übertrieben), bis auf den Strand ist der Hotelkomplex viel zu laut und zu voll, benutztes Besteck wurde für den nächsten Gast nicht getauscht (jeden Tag mehrfach beobachtet), viel zu viel Plastikmüll, bis auf unsere Zimmertoilette gab es im ganzen Hotel nicht eine saubere Toilette (in 2 Wochen!), Flughafeneinflugschneise (wird im Katalog nicht erwähnt! Zum Teil ist die Geräuschkulisse sehr störend.). Wer dieses Hotel bucht. sollte wissen worauf er sich einlässt!
