Dear Guest, Hereby, we would like to thank you very much for taking the time in writing your personal review regarding your visit in our Hotel. Instead we are surprised to read about your dissatisfaction and we are very disappointed that you preferred to write and give us your worst rate. We are always striving to offer our best attention to our clients, to that effect the management is present around the clock and eager to resolve any problem and give total satisfaction to our guests within human dimensions possibility of a mistake in our services. Regretfully we have not been contacted during your stay so to take care immediately any point raised. However, we feel that your strict comments noted does not reflect our accommodations standards and the accurate picture of our hotel facilities we offer.
