We’re pleased to hear that you found the location convenient, appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and room, and enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. We’re sorry to hear that the orientation of the swim-up room did not meet your expectations. Some of these rooms naturally receive less sun depending on their position, and we understand how important this can be for guests who choose this room type. Although availability did not allow us to offer an alternative, your feedback is valuable as we work on improving how we describe room layouts and sun exposure. We also appreciate your comments regarding drink service and the use of plastic cups. This setup is related to safety regulations around the pool area, but we understand how it may feel limiting and are reviewing possible improvements.
