Die ganzen 6 Sonnen Bewertungen sind Fake und entsprechen leider nicht den Tatsachen - wir sind leider auch darauf reingefallen…
Zimmer sind groß aber recht spartanisch eingerichtet und dafür, dass das Hotel erst 1.5 Jahre alt ist, ist es schon sehr ramponiert und abgenutzt! Recht hellhörig und Minibar war leider leer und nicht wie beschrieben gefüllt!
Das Essen war geschmacklich eine absolute Katastrophe, da haben wir in den Zoo anderen Hotels in Ägypten was ganz anderes erlebt und waren dementsprechend sehr enttäuscht!
Das Personal war immer sehr bemüht aber oft überfordert und nicht wirklich eingespielt!
Sehr weit abseits, ca. 3 Stunden Transfer vom Flughafen Hurghada!

Dear Mr. Claudi , Thank you for taking time to share your experience about Lazuli Marsa Alam on Holiday check. while it is very challenging to hear that some aspects from our guest’s stay had not been completely fulfilled , We whole heartedly would like you to have another stay soon with us to see that any concerns raised on your end will be taken into consideration in our operations .nevertheless we would like to highlight the following:- - The distance from Hurghada airport to Lazuli hotel is 160 KM (about 01:30 hour), Moreover the Marsa alam is closer to our hotel only 45 K.M. - The rooms have 2 bottle of water and full coffee station free of charge and refilling daily, The mini bar items available with extra charge and upon request. - With regards to the comments about the food, We would like to take into your kindest consideration that we do have a very competent culinary team who are keen for providing our guest’s with the outstanding quality and variety therefore firstly we always have a different night themes with plentiful choices (Meat, fish. chicken) B.B.Q daily, in addition, we do have a la carte Restaurant (Italian) free of charge once per week) and for further in our Pool& Beach Bar we are offering different kind of snacks like pizza, burger, salads, French fries etc. With that being said, we have also taken your comment about the food and have worked on newer recipes to avoid any future guests having that feeling again. Once again, we hope that you will consider re-visiting us in the future and to trust that the warmth of our hospitality and high-end facilities will exceed your expectations moving forward to create a memorable stay and a rewarding experience.
