Unrenoviertes Zimmer mit defekter Badtür. Kabel hingen lose aus der wand. Schalterabdeckung war lose. Eingangstür verdellert. Bungalows waren teilweise undicht und mit Planen abgedeckt.

Dear Alexandra, I would like to thank you for having chosen La Pirogue for your recent stay and for spending some of your precious time to write a review on Holidaycheck. We took note of your comments regarding the receptionist attitude. Staff attitude and friendliness is one of the hallmarks of our resort and I will use your feedback as a case study with the team members concerned on how to handle guests courteously and professionally even when the hotel is running at full capacity. Please accept my apologies for our shortcomings. In line with your comments on the décor of our room, we are indeed sorry to read your dissatisfaction and would like to reassure you that we have completed with the renovation of more than 120 rooms last year and shall complete with the remaining rooms and the public areas very soon.
