Dear Mr. Thomas, Thank you for leaving a feedback after your recent stay with us. I am pleased that you had another beautiful stay at La Pirogue though certain aspects of it were not to your entire satisfaction. As the hotel runs other non-all-inclusive packages in parallel as well, we endeavor to offer all our guests the opportunity to benefit from items not included in their package as well, but at reduced prices taking into consideration the fact that you have already paid to be on the respective packages. We regret you the beverages specially the cocktails were not to your satisfaction and will surely discuss your opinions with the Food & Beverage Manager. I am sorry that you felt that some of the staff members were not motivated, as staff attitude is one of the hallmarks of our resort, I will use your feedback as a case study with the team members concerned on how to handle guests courteously and professionally even when the hotel and restaurant are running at full capacity.
