Dear Heinz, Thank you for completing our online guest survey after your recent stay with us. I was pleased to read that you have enjoyed your holiday and hope that you will return someday soon. We agree that our drinks prices are on the high side and are always looking for alternatives so that guests can enjoy a nice bottle with dinner. Many of our customers now opt for all-inclusive which they find good value for money. Alternatively we have rolled out our new “Wines of the World” wine list where we have narrowed down the selection but have been able to offer very good quality wines at more reasonable prices. At the same time, I would like to point out that beverage pricing is frequently reviewed to ensure that we are in line with the industry in general and I will certainly make sure that prices are adjusted where required. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back again sometime soon and remain at your entire disposal to assist with a future booking or any preferences you may have.
