Perfekter Aufenthalt im Resort Joy Island Unser Urlaub im Resort Joy Island war einfach unvergesslich! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Kiki, unsere wunderbare Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Von der ersten Begrüßung bis zur Abreise hat sie sich mit viel Herzlichkeit und Professionalität um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Das Resort selbst ist ein Traum: makellos gepflegte Anlage, atemberaubende Natur und erstklassiger Service. Egal, ob es um eine spontane Aktivität, Restaurantempfehlungen oder einfach nur einen freundlichen Plausch ging – Kiki war immer zur Stelle und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Allerdings hätten wir uns vor der Buchung beim All-Inclusive-Angebot mehr Transparenz gewünscht, da einige Leistungen nicht enthalten waren, die wir erwartet hätten. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team, aber ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Kiki – sie hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
