Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und alles sehr auf Kinder ausgerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend und sehr stark auf Kinder fixiert. Leider konnten wir unseren Urlaub nicht vollständig genießen und mussten früher abbrechen, da wir alle schwer erkrankt sind im Hotel. Dies hängt mit den Speisen und Getränken im Hotel zusammen. Auch die Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen war sehr eingeschränkt. Die medizinische Hilfe im Hotel war in Ordnung, allerdings die Preise für eine Behandlung sind pure Abzocke.

However, we would like to thank you for your positive comments about our hotel, the hotel being child friendly and courteous staff. Firstly, we would advise that hygiene is the number one priority to us, and we have a clear and precise action plan to ensure that high levels are met. Everything to do with health and safety is monitored by a leading UK health and safety advisor named Cristal who carry out audits on everything relating to your safety including food and drink. In addition, we have our in-house Hygiene Coordinator who is checking the operation of all areas on a daily basis and we have audits from our Tour Companies in which we must achieve high scores to prove that our hygiene levels are following the International standard. We have the documentation to prove that our hotel is operating in a safe and hygienic way as we always score in the extremely high level. In conclusion, until you have got proof, you cannot make accusations against the hotel based on only your pure assumptions. In fact we are so confident of our high levels of hygiene that, when guests are reporting illness, we offer them a free stool analysis at the local hospital in order that everyone can be assured that the sickness is just the usual result of too much sun, change of temperature, change of food, change of cooking style, overeating, over-drinking, shocking the stomach with ice-cold drinks, mixing the wrong type of foods together, change of diet, etc. Moreover, please note that this year, the temperature is extremely high in Egypt, in comparison to any previous years. Since the middle of May 2024 Hurghada is in a heat wave, having 40+ degrees during the days. With regards to the doctor's charges, we would like to highlight that this is not actually run by the hotel but is a service that we give you availability to. Any charges are agreed between yourself and the doctor before treatment begins. Usually, it is dealt with directly through your insurance. However, if it is not the case, the guests pay up front to the clinic, but are able to get the amount reimbursed from their insurance company in their home country. We would like to note that you have received all necessary documentation and medical records/reports with which you will be able to get the amount reimbursed through your insurance. Furthermore, we would advise that the doctors charges are competitive and not a rip off as you have stated, in most cases it is actually cheaper than visiting the local hospital as follow up visits without medication are included. Lastly, how can you possibly state that the selection of the food was limited as we have 5 A La Carte Restaurants (Asian, Middle Eastern, Burger Bay, Indian and Italian), 3 main restaurants (Zelaa, Topaz and Four Corners), 3 Snack Bars, Beach Kiosk with variety of food, we have to cater for over 3000 guests, so there are many food outlets to choose from! However, if you are still unable to find something to suit your particular taste then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something specifically for you.
