Abweichend zu meinen Erlebnissen vor Corona eher langweilig: Ständige Wiederholung des Angebotes… Keine Abwechslung, wenig Variationen
Bis auf Kareem an der Liquid Bar wenig brauchbares Personal: zu jung/unerfahren und auf wenige Big Spender fokussiert.

Our Housekeeping department follow hygiene standards and regulations while cleaning rooms, we would have appreciated in receiving your comment during your stay to ensure you satisfaction. Kindly note our staff receive training on how to deal with guests. Our main restaurant operates according to a weekly schedule and its International cuisine with an Oriental Corner. Our Chefs are always available to assist our guests or to deliver a special order. The overall level of the hotel has not decreased comparing to past years on the contrary many aspects have been improved. However, we consider your point of view.
