Allgemein

Unterkunft war leider nicht sehr sauber, Personal war okay solange sie Geld bekamen, WLAN war leider total schlecht. Essen war ,,okay“ bisauf Fleisch das war nicht so gut. Nur ein Pool beheizt alle anderen waren super kalt. Animation war auch absolut schlecht. Leider hat uns das Hotel garnicht gefallen.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Jaz Aquamarine to spend your holiday. My team and I would also like to thank you for your critical and valued feedback. We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you. With regards to your comments about cleanliness of the resort, we would like to note that, all rooms are checked before arrival by the House Keeping staff and House Keeping Supervisor and been cleaned daily or upon your request. Moreover, the restaurants, bars, terrace, floors, tables, chairs, serving area are giving a deep cleaning in between each sitting and at the end of each day. Even the pools, kindly note that the swimming pools have a rigid cleaning and testing program, we would advise that the pools are closed at sunset for treatment each day and checked daily by our Engineering Department each morning at 08:00, and then again at 12:00 midday and at 16:00. We are very surprised about your comments about our staff, as we continuously receive praise and excellent scores regarding the staff, with very good comments about their friendliness and professionalism. This is something that is the core of our hotel operation and that we continuously work on improving by trainings in daily operations. Nevertheless, we have forwarded your comments to the hotel management for their perusal and action where seem needed. With regards to your comments about the food, we are pleased that most of our guests are more than happy with the food provided, however we are catering for a number of different nationalities so it will never be possible to please everyone. However, if you are unable to find something to suit your particular taste then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something specifically for you. Regarding your statement about having only one pool heated, we would like to highlight that in the whole resort complex we have 20 pools, out of which 16 are heated during the winter season. The entertainment provides the same entertainment as you will find in most hotels in Egypt. Every night we have a kids disco, followed by a show four times a week from outside entertainers. In addition, there are live singers in the bars several times a week. Lastly we would like to highlight that you have been contacted by our Guest relation team twice during your stay, and you did not raise any of the above mentioned issues with them.
