Dear Mrs. Martina, Thanks for your review. We are so sorry that your stay in our hotel was not satisfactory. The typology of our rooms is varied as well as for the bathrooms, the showers I should point out that they are not micro, as you define them, but standard. With regards to the fire door you are alluding to, in reality that represents the seriousness of the company and the safety for our customers for the fire prevention regulations. We find it difficult to understand the meaning of "terrible atmosphere, without love", with regards to catering. Our work is made of passion and dedication, our aim is always being able to satisfy our guests and their needs. During dinner you had the opportunity to choose between our proposals, we have always been available for changes, extra, and other requests. Every night we offered something like small artisan pastries, chocolates from the de la Ville house, a bottle of sparkling wine as a sign of greeting. We are sorry that you did not appreciate this. Our hotel is located in Avellino and not in Naples, but this is known to you from the moment you make the reservation. All our rooms, including the suites, do not have balconies, but have a window.
