Hi Gerhard! Thank you for your feedback on our hotel! Please note that our response is based on a googletranslation of your review! We are disappointed to read that you did not feel we lived up to our online representation. We normally experience quite the opposite effect from our guests. However, when we noticed that we have booked what you say is a "Double room Superior with view Street" we get a bit surprised as this is a category we do not have, we only have "small" and "standard" rooms. So there must be some kind of misunderstanding? Really cool that you still found us to offer "generally good" value for money, as that is our aim with our simple and modern solution! :) We do apologize if you felt disturbed by our minor facelift, and hope that you will give us another chance now that this is completed!
