Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hilton Prague Atrium und sind rundum begeistert. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön gilt Aleksandra an der Rezeption – außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich, aufmerksam und äußerst professionell. Sie hat unsere Anliegen jederzeit schnell, geduldig und sehr zuvorkommend geklärt – wir haben uns bestens betreut gefühlt. Anlässlich meines Geburtstags und als Diamond-Mitglied haben wir ein Upgrade auf eine Family Executive Suite erhalten. Auch hierfür ein herzliches Dankeschön an Martina, Reservations Manager. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig, komfortabel und perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Hotel überzeugt trotz seiner Größe durch Sauberkeit, Qualität und ein sehr freundliches Team. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr angenehm, mit sauberem Pool und mehreren Saunen. Der dezente, hochwertige Duft im gesamten Hotel rundet das Ambiente ab. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend mit großer Auswahl und einer tollen glutenfreien Ecke. Besonders angenehm sind die separaten Bereiche für Gold- und Diamond-Mitglieder sowie die ruhige Atmosphäre im Seasons Restaurant. Die Executive Lounge lädt zum Verweilen ein; das Abendangebot könnte etwas umfangreicher sein – was jedoch Geschmackssache ist. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ********** We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Prague Atrium and were truly impressed. She handled all our questions quickly, patiently, and with great care, making us feel very well looked after. As a Diamond member and on the occasion of my birthday, we received a complimentary upgrade to a Family Executive Suite. We would also like to thank Martina, Reservations Manager, for this thoughtful gesture. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. Despite its size, the hotel stands out for its cleanliness, high quality, and very friendly staff. The spa area is excellent, with a clean and refreshing pool and several saunas. The pleasant signature scent throughout the hotel adds to the overall premium atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety and even a dedicated gluten-free section. We especially appreciated the separate areas for Gold and Diamond members, as well as the calm atmosphere in the Seasons Restaurant. The Executive Lounge is a great place to relax; the evening selection could perhaps be a bit more extensive – though this is, of course, a matter of personal preference. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay – we would be happy to return.
