Aus der SchweizEs ist ein alter Kasten der modernisiert wurde. Das Servicepersonal war ungeschult. Die Betten und Kissen waren kartonhaft hart. Das Essen war meist kalt und mit Fertigprodukten hergestellt.
Sehr gross. Badezimmer veraltet und dunkel. Sehr hellhörig. Ausstattung ok. Betten waren sehr hart, die Kissen wie Karton.
Wunderschönes Wandergebiet. Schade das nicht mehr gute Gastronomiemöglichkeiten vor Ort sind.

The Grand Hotel Misurina is a very popular and historical property, wisely furnished with wooden and mountain-style décor. Our staff is perfectly trained. We would have preferred you specified more about that in order to improve our service. Beds are hard because they are brand-new. Our pillows are, however, very soft. The restaurant service provides both cold and hot dishes. The cold ones are at buffet service, the hot dishes are served at table. We’re glad, anyway, you appreciated the location of Grand Hotel Misurina, stunningly set on the eponymous lake, and the comfortable room equipment.
