Eva Mare Hotel & Suits - Adults only

Dear Guest, We are apologizing if we couldn't satisfied you during your accommodation in our hotel. Regarding the matters you are mentioning in your review we would like to inform you that it is clearly written in our brochure that breakfast is buffet and lunch plus dinner are served. Menus for lunch or dinner are written in our restaurant you just have to ask the waiter to show them, so you will not receive just something! to eat. We are trying to combine Greek and International meals so everybody is satisfied but as far as I know we have served you Moussaka, Gyros, Souvlaki and Greek salad so your comment about no Greek food is not very successful. Upon your arrival you receive an information sheet for the hotel. There in the first row is mentioned that Sunday is not considered a cleaning day. In any case if that was disturbing you, you just could have politly wished your room to be cleaned everyday. We are small hotel we have not been advertised as a big club so fitness room is small but suficient, pool bar is small but can an employee offer services to 20~25 AI guests and sorry we don't have animation. At last if your problem was, that your room was located 200m! away from the main building, why did that was not mentioned to us so we could have offered you another room.
