Positiv. Super schön für unsere Ansprüche! Vgl. auch unten - Restaurant!!! Strand / Zimmer / Pools / Programm / Personal....

  • Wir waren das 3. Mal innerhalb eines Jahres im E. Palace! Insgesamt wieder super schön! Aber.... Obwohl schon 2 Mal eingefordert.... Das Hotel bringt weiterhin das Thema "Buffet-Warteschlangen" beim Abendessen zwischen 18 und 19.30 Uhr nicht in den Griff!!! Vorspeien-, Salat- und Hauptspeisenblöcke müssen getrennt werden, wie in vielen anderen Hotels... u.a. im E. Mare neben an!!!!

We are delighted to hear that overall your experience was wonderful and that you enjoyed the beach, rooms, pools, program, and our team. We greatly appreciate your comment. Your observation is well noted, and we fully understand your point about separating the appetizer, salad, and main course sections to improve the flow and guest experience. We would like to kindly highlight that we have already implemented measures to address this issue during peak times. One salad bar has been added, separated from the main buffet, allowing guests to take salads without waiting for the main courses. Since the peak period is approximately from 18:55 to 19:20, we have also extended the operation of the restaurant, opening at 18:15. Additionally, our staff actively encourage guests to take their salads first and then return for the main courses. We truly value your thoughtful feedback, and please rest assured that your recommendations have been shared with the management team as an opportunity to further enhance our guests’ dining experience.
