Aus DeutschlandWir waren vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Es ist ein tolles Hotel, super luxuriös und das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine eigene App mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen und einem Chat, bei dem eine Antwort nie länger als drei Minuten gedauert hat. Unser Zimmer mit getrennten Wohn- und Schlafzimmer war in der 44. Etage ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten einen super Ausblick auf die Stadt. Wir haben den Wäscheservice ordentlich in Anspruch genommen - perfekt und schnell. Die beiden Pools in der 22. und 37. Etage einfach Klasse. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist top. Direkter Zugang vom Hotel an die Skytrain sowie den Zug zum Flughafen.
