I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the friendliness of our team, the buggy service, and the comfort of your room including the spacious balcony with a sea view. At the same time, I am sorry that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the buffet temperature and the limited selection of cheeses and sausages.
