Dear Guest, Thank you for your review and for choosing our hotel. Even though Diamond Deluxe Hotel is a 5* establishment our pricing is fairly reasonable and within the boundaries on any 5* accommodation and venue in Kos. As for our central swimming pool it is not mentioned anywhere that it is heated, neither on our site nor on any travel agency site. When choosing a hotel for your holiday destination, you search for one that has all the amenities you require nearby. Our hotel on ANY SITE clearly indicates our location. Our hotel is reknown for its total tranquility and relaxation. Again, when searching for a hotel, we suggest that you search for one that covers your requirements such as location and sports. Only on one evening we encountered an issue within our restaurant. This issue resulted when 140 guests queued outside the restaurant at 18:50 (opens at 19:00) all waiting to be fed. Unfortunately, no restaurant anywhere in the world can serve 140 guests at the same time. Also, many guests refused to wait by our pool lounge bar for 20 minutes.
