While we appreciate your feedback, we must note that these issues were never raised to our front desk during your stay. Our team is available 24/7 to immediately rectify any guest discomfort. Had you informed us about the noise and room location while you were here, we would have gladly moved you to a quieter room right away. We would also like to clarify that our hotel offers live entertainment six evenings per week from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a different performance scheduled each night to cater to the varied preferences of our international clientele. Our programme includes: • A DJ who adapts the music selection to the age groups and preferences of guests attending. • A pianist performing a broad repertoire of popular and contemporary music. • Two different guitarists, each bringing their own style and musical variety. • A traditional Greek evening featuring a singer and bouzouki music, providing guests with an authentic Greek cultural experience, which many visitors specifically seek when staying in Greece. The entertainment programme has been developed based on guest feedback and demand, with the aim of offering a varied selection throughout the week rather than the same style of entertainment each evening. We appreciate that musical tastes differ from person to person; however, the current programme reflects the preferences of a broad range of our guests and combines both international and traditional Greek entertainment.
