    Dear Ms. Kim Jana Steffens, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel but it is very unfortunate that you chose to misinform other potential guests. But we too will respond accordingly. You were a party of 8 females celebrating a bachelorette event. From the moment you arrived, one of your bookings was incorrect as you had booked a different room type, which meant that your rooms would not all be next to one another. We immediately reacted, even though it was your mistake and we provided you with a FREE UPGRADE, so that all 3 rooms would be next to one another. Later the same night, as half-board guests, you entered our restaurant in which again we on our own initiative set up our center piece dining table, so that you would all be seated together. Whilst you were being seated, you informed our Maître that one of your party members had food allergies. This is something that needs to be advised in advance, something again which was an error from your part. However we notified our kitchen immediately and our Chef and his team proceeded to prepare separate dishes for your friend. After dinner you all went back to your rooms, doors open and started to party until early hours in the morning. Several guests from other rooms complained, however we did inform them of your special occasion and they were very understanding BUT THIS WAS REPEATED THE NEXT TWO NIGHTS. You were informed on the third evening that as a hotel we had every legal right to call police and you would have been escorted out. IN HIND SIGHT SOMETHING WE DEEPLY REGRET NOT DOING!! Several staff members , along with myself explained to you that this behavior of loud noise and not allowing other guests to relax and sleep was unacceptable. Your reply to me was that you understood but out of spite and anger you uploaded 3 reviews to express your dissatisfaction. Nonetheless as I also explained to you, we have EVERY LEGAL RIGHT to pursue the path of filing a legal complaint in which the owners of the hotel will proceed legal action for false accusations. Upon arrival every guest completes a registration form with their details, so our legal team will be forwarding you with warrants.
