Hotel ohne Charme … schmutzig, unordentlich, nach Schimmel riechend und wenig Platz. Wir haben uns sehr geärgert. Wollten nach 1 Nacht umbuchen, jedoch hat das Hotel 100% Storno verlangt.

Regarding your early check-out request, please kindly note that our cancellation policy, which was agreed upon at the time of booking, requires the full stay to be charged. We understand this may have been frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding. We would also like to highlight that our team took immediate action by offering you a room change the following day, and we also accommodated your request to have your friends stay nearby. After the room change, we did not receive any further concerns during your stay, and no request was made for relocation to another hotel. Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we take it seriously as we continuously work to improve our facilities and services.
