Ein großes Hotel geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, jedoch war es im ganzen Hotel und besonders beim Essen sehr laut. Für Paare ohne Kinder bzw für Personen die ihre Ruhe haben wollen, ist das Hotel ungeeignet.
Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und man hat ständig die Kofferbuggys mit ihrem penetranten Piepen sowie Kindergeschrei (Tag und Nacht) gehört.
Essen war super lecker, jedoch war es im Restaurant übertrieben laut. Man konnte sich beim Essen nicht unterhalten.

Regarding your comment about the room, we really hope you had contacted our Guest Service team, while you were still in-house, so we could discuss on this matter and try to do our best to meet your expectations. Regarding our main restaurant “Cosmos”, please be kindly informed that it can accommodate simultaneously up to 450 guests. However, we also offer the option of dining in our second main restaurant “Estia”, which is quieter, or of outdoor dining in one of our thematic restaurants (Almyra and Cochlias, Pithos and Platia for dinner). In addition, thanks to Creta Maris’ architecture, it offers many different options of accommodation, dining, and entertainment, in combination with relax atmosphere for all types of vacationers (family, couples, singles etc.). Thus, every guest has the chance to choose between quiet place such as the Bungalow Pool or more popular and crowded places as it is our main swimming pool.
