With regards to your comment on the room change, and since you arrived post midnight you were checked in in a twin room due to non availability of a king bed size room. You were however moved the next day at 12 noon to a king size bedroom. Whilst we certainly appreciate the frustration that you must have felt, I can assure you that this is not our regular delivery. As you can see from the other comments, we do enjoy a fairly good rating. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could give us another chance during your next visit to Dubai to show you our true level of service.
