Hotel ist im großen und ganzen Ganz ok. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht immer gesäubert und Handtücher mussten wir jedes mal anfordern,wurden aber gleich gebracht. Im Bad hat es sehr nach Kanalisation gestunken, vor allem über Nacht. War ziemlich eklig am nächsten Tag. Pool ist groß und wir hatten immer freie Liegen. Es gibt auch einen Raucherraum. Frühstück war ziemlich mager, wenig Auswahl und meistens immer dasselbe. Die Metro war gleich um die Ecke, sowie die Mall of Emirates. Zum Strand gab es Shuttlebusse direkt vom Hotel.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein obwohl wir das Superior Zimmer gebucht hatten. Auch 2 Einzelbetten statt einen großen Bett. Sonst war es ziemlich ruhig im Zimmer.
Frühstück war ziemlich mager, ein paar Cornflakes, Schinken und Käse, Pancakes, Baked Beans und frische Omlettes.
Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel waren es cirka 30 Minuten

We regret the incidents related to the bathroom sewage and delay in our housekeeping services. Your constructive comments on the elevator and pool security which has been shared with the respective Directors to ensure that the necessary corrective measures are taken accordingly to avoid similar reoccurrence. As for the breakfast, we are offering over 50 local, regional and international dishes including hot meals served a la minute according to your order. Having said that, we are currently reviewing all items and new dishes will be added.
