We’re delighted to read that many aspects of your stay met your expectations: our team’s prompt service, the bottled water and refreshments, the dining experience with assigned seating, the convenient layout of the resort, and the friendliness of our staff. It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed a waterfront bungalow with sunset views and appreciated the privacy and furnishings and that you had the chance to see turtles while snorkeling. At the same time, we are truly sorry the bungalow fell short of the comfort you expected. Please accept our sincere apologies for the damaged/swollen flooring, the noisy canvas roof in wind and rain, the early morning light, and the mildew you noticed. Your observations are taken very seriously we have shared them with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for immediate inspection and remedial action, so future guests do not experience the same issues. We also appreciate your honest note about the snorkeling. While we do run complimentary boat snorkeling trips each day, we understand the experience can vary by tide and location. Your comments will help our activities team review snorkeling routes and highlights so we can improve what we offer.
