Chatrium Residence Sathon Bangkok

Dear Monthi and family Thank you for staying at Chatrium Residence recently and also for staying over the years. Thank you for also taking the time to write this review to give other travellers some insights into the hotel. I am delighted that you again enjoyed your stay in our 'urban resort", especially the swimming pool and gardens on the 4th floor, the large suite and great breakfast. I note you comment on the cleaning of the balcony and will remind the team to always check this. We do have more of a suburban location which means that a taxi is the best way to get around although we do provide 6 complimentary shuttle services to the BTS station, Central River Pier as well as one to Sukhumvit rd. But as you know it is our suburban location that also gives us the space to provide a resort style experience in the heart of Bangkok.
