Zimmer entspricht nicht der Buchung und dem Standart 5*, da Waschbecken im Zimmer ( 70 cm vom Bett entfernt). Zimmergrösse zwar mit 18 qm angegeben, aber tatsächlich ca. 12qm. Poolblick mit viel Fantasie ( Zehenspitze und Blick durch Gartenbegrünung ließ etwas Pool erahnen. Zimmertausch wäre nach 2 Tage möglich gewesen, aber bei 7 Tage Aufenthalt und den Hinweis dass ausser dem Ausblick keine Verbesseung zu erwarten wäre, wurde von uns auf die geringfügige Verbesserung verzichtet, da der Stress ( Zimmerumzug, Koffer, Wartezeiten.. )

Regarding the dissatisfaction with your room, we do offer room changes upon availability, unfortunately this was not possible as the hotel was fully booked at the time you wanted, but as soon as was possible we gave you the the opportunity to rectify this issue and make your stay more enjoyable.
