We apologize if you were not pleased with the housekeeping and we hope that you informed a member of staff in order to bring this to our attention so that we could rectify the issue and make your stay more pleasurable. Regarding the cleanliness of the pools we thank you for bringing this to our attention. The pools are cleaned and serviced daily, however we will look into this further. We take customer feedback very seriously and we have noted and forwarded your comments to the relevant department for consideration. Please note that fresh juices are not included in All-Inclusive but are with extra charge. Please be advised that stray cats are a common phenomenon in all over Greece. However, we have placed signs in the restaurants that the guests should not feed them, as the cats mostly come after food. Also, in order to keep the cats further away from the common areas in the hotel, we have built cat houses. These are located away from the restaurants and common areas, so that the guests who want to feed the cats, can feed them there. We try to keep the cats away, but of course sometimes some cats come to the restaurants. Once again we want to thank you for your comments and we hope to welcome you back in the future!
