Eine riesen große Anlage mit vielen Pools .Es ist eher ein hotel für Familien mit Kindern. Das Personal spricht alle Sprachen ausser Deutsch.
Sehr einfache Ausstattung!!!
Wir sind eigentlich nicht sehr anspruchsvoll ,aber das Essen war grausam. Keine Auswahl, weder zum Frühstück noch zum Mittag oder Abendessen. Die Fleischgerichte waren weder genießbar ,noch gut zubereitet. Das gleiche gilt für den Fisch. Einfach nur ekelhaft.
Mit dem Bus sind es etwa 10 Minuten nach Kos Stadt.

We are very sorry to hear that your expectations were not entirely met during your stay with us. In regards to the food we apologize if you were not satisfied. We hope you had the opportunity to try the full selection of our restaurants in order to add more variety to your meals. Kindly note that the hotel offers 5 restaurants and 2 a la carte restaurants providing a wide variety of menus and dishes including Greek, Italian, Chinese and Mediterranean cuisine. There is also a daily rotation in the menus. We believe that we offer good quality and something to satisfy everybody’s taste and we are sorry to hear that you this was not to your satisfaction. Our all-inclusive concept is made clear on our homepage and in all tour operator sites and brochures. In regards to the breakfast, we offer full enriched buffet breakfast from 07:00 – 10:00 and we have two restaurants serving an enriched continental breakfast from 10:00-11:30. Please note that our members of staff are multilingual and many of them also speak German. We hope that you contacted any member of staff if you felt displeased at any point during your stay, as we would do our outmost to address any issues in order to make your stay more pleasurable.
