Dear AdamR., Thank you taking the time to share your comments and for choosing to stay with us. We are sorry to hear that we didn’t manage to meet all your expectations regarding your holiday. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the food. We believe that we provide good quality and a wide variety of food to choose from, offering something to satisfy everybody’s taste. The main restaurant has three separate buffet servings each with its own wide variety of dishes and different daily servings and in addition to that there are is also a daily lunch buffet served at the Italian, Chinese and Greek restaurant as further options. We are surprised to read that our services were not satisfactory. Our personnel is very dedicated to offer their best service and in general we receive very good feedback.
