Dieses Hotel ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Für All inklusive müßten mehr Getränke geben. zB. Cappuccino, Cola light usw. In keinen Hotel hab ich dafür bezahlen müssen.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend ausgestattet, könnte sauber sein und manche Sachen erneuert werden.
Das Essen war immer abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett.
Das Trinkwasser mußten wir uns selbst besorgen, obwohl an den Wasserspender ein Verbotschild hing die Flaschen nicht zu füllen. Wir haben dieses Problem fast täglich angesprochen. Die Antwort darauf war, das pro Tag jeden Gast 0,5 l Wasser zustehen. Das bei All inklusive, 30 Grad und 5xtgl.Tbl. Einnahme.
Die Fahrt ging von Flughafen Hurghada über Flughafen Marsa Alam zum Hotel 5 geschlagene Stunden. Für uns unverständlich das Urlauber für dieses Hotel in Hurgadha landen müssen.

Dear Mr.Christine, thank you for your above comment , we as management will take in consideration the negative comment to improve our service , but let me clarify some point we think that may need to be clarify for you. * Marsa Alam is a town and Hurghada is another town, in Marsa Alam there is an international Airport only 20 minutes with car between the hotel and the Airport. *about water we put 1 bottle of water in room per person daily and also we have in every area and bars mineral water dispenser . * regarding the All inclusive , our All inclusive formula was sent to all tour operators side by side with the contracts and agreements depending on the price of Hotel that we offer our service. thank you once again, and we hope that we could explain our selves well.
