War früher eventuell mal ein gutes Hotel, dass inzwischen sehr runtergekommen ist. Es gehört vieles repariert und erneuert. Wurde lange nichts mehr gemacht. Unangenehm ist auch die tägliche Bewässerung der Gartenanlage mit dem stinkendem Abwasser. Hier wird versucht Umweltschutz zu prtaktizieren.
Zimmer bei uns sehr groß. Betten sind sehr hart, haben aber gut geschlafen
Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr begrenzt, Obst gibt es keines, den Saftextrakt muß man aus den obligatorischen Plastikbechern trinken, kleine Löffel gibt es ebenfalls nur aus Plastik. Vorhandene Tassen und Teller haben Sprünge und sind angeschlagen.
Wenn man mit ein paar Dallarscheinen nachhilft, bekommt man in der Bar statt kleiner Plastikbecher (150ml) auch Gläser, die aber scheinen immer Mangelware zu sein.
Die Fahrt von Marsa Alam beträgt gut eine halbe Stunde, wenn man durchfährt. Ausflugsziele überwiegend für Taucher, Luxor und Kairoausflüge sind zu weit weg.

Dear Valuable Guest I would like to thank you for your great comment, but kindly be informed that, we are in process right now to maintain and renovate the hotel rooms, public areas, and adding values to the hotel facilities The drinks are serving in a plastic cup because of the safety and Hygiene, and all the resorts are using the same cups in the outdoors bars About the irrigation water, we have a g huge station for recycling and treating the water used to irrigate the green areas, this water is going through tree levels of treatment with a special chemical against smell, and at the end theirs a regular analyzing and check from time to time through the ministry of health, but the reason is, during the hot weather and humidity plus the sea whistle, it can make that smell, but not from the water
